UEFA EURO 2020 was postponed in March 2020 due to COVID-19, and will now take place in summer 2021. Following the final decision process undertaken by UEFA, the Executive Committee approved the revised venues on 23 April 2021.

The matches due to be held in Bilbao will now be held in St Petersburg (group stages) and London (Ro16). The four matches will be moved to the Estadio La Cartuja in Seville. The hosting of these matches is supported by the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, which has confirmed its intention of allowing spectators at 30% of the stadium capacity for the three Group E matches and a round of 16 match.
