Volunteer Stories: Val

Val, Mobility Maker Lead Volunteer.

I stay in a small village and felt sorry for the kids who are unable to go to school and maybe sad at the current situation.

I wanted to cheer them up and as they all count the rainbows in the windows when they go out for their daily walk. I thought I would give them another rainbow to count. 

Almost 400 bottles were used to create the rainbow, which was no mean feat. I managed to get it hung on the school gate, under cover of darkness, with the help of my son.
